The happy hour with free drinks is a nice touch; it made relaxing in the evening enjoyable. The room cleanliness was an issue, with some areas needing better attention. The location is close to a golf course, which is convenient for those looking to play a round. Staff could be more responsive to concerns.

The breakfast spread is a great way to kick-start your day, and the happy hour is a delightful surprise. The staff are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, making you feel right at home.
Just a heads-up, dinner service could use a bit more staff to keep things running smoothly.

The breakfast was pretty decent, with a mix of hot and cold options. Unfortunately, the noise from adjacent rooms was quite disruptive. They have a nice happy hour with free drinks that’s a great way to socialize. The hallways and some common areas looked a bit dated and could use a refresh.

The staff truly shined, greeting us with fresh cookies and consistently being helpful, especially at breakfast. While the complimentary drinks and hot tub were nice touches, the room needed serious upgrades—think worn carpet and a shower with no safety bars. I faced hurdles finding accessible features despite prior requests. The area felt a bit neglected, but stores were a quick drive away. Some improvements could go a long way, but the friendly vibe made a rough stay somewhat enjoyable.

Quieter location, enjoyable amenities. Proximity to the pool was a major plus; the water temperature was perfect. Breakfast surpassed expectations—served until 10 a.m., it saved us the cost of another meal during spring break. Clean rooms and comfortable beds were appreciated. several issues arose. The room wasn’t what I reserved, and significant maintenance problems persisted. Customer service was mediocre; key malfunctions and a lack of accountability diminished the experience. unsatisfactory noise control disrupted our peace. While staff displayed kindness, particularly toward my infant, their inconsistent response to problems left much to be desired. A clean, safe environment is crucial, and this stay could use more attention in that regard.

The room was quiet, providing a peaceful environment. The bed, however, was broken down and uncomfortable, leading to a kink in my hip. I appreciated the stovetop and kitchen sink, which added convenience. Temperature control was satisfactory, maintaining a comfortable ambiance. The layout was practical, although I found the bathroom door cramped for wheelchair access. Some items on the floor, like a vitamin and a staple, suggested a need for better cleaning. While I enjoyed the positive staff interactions, the integrity concerning personal belongings left something to be desired.

clean suite, clean pool with a separate bedroom and living area that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable as the staff was friendly and the complimentary happy hour drinks were an unexpected perk.
Don’t have any issues at all.

The staff was super friendly and helpful during my late check-in. I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the convenient shuttle service at any time.
It wasn't cheap, but the quality was acceptable.

We really struggled without an elevator, hauling our luggage up the stairs after a long drive. An appliance cart would've been a lifesaver! Plus, the walls were paper thin—felt like we were sharing a room with the neighbors!

My friends and I had a blast hitting the bike trails and playing tennis nearby. The location was perfect, just 7.1 mi from the Fox Theatre. The staff was chill and the breakfast was lit!
Could use a bigger, litty party scene for us young folks.

Had a cozy room with comfy beds. The on-site restaurant had tasty sandwiches and drinks – perfect after a long day. Located conveniently close to key areas. The friendly staff, especially Tiffany, provided exceptional service.
The construction noise was a bit bothersome. The early morning dumpster emptying was loud.

the room we were assigned had some maintenance issues - the bathtub drain plug was not functioning properly, and the caulking around the tub was in pieces. the air conditioner was so loud that it would wake us up during the night, and the TV volume had to be turned up high to hear it. We also had trouble with our room key not working, which was frustrating. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options which we enjoyed. The manager at PJ's cafe stood out as a hardworking and efficient employee, providing excellent service. We appreciated the separation of the bedroom and living spaces in the suite, and the complimentary drinks in the afternoon were a nice touch. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the pool, as it had an unpleasant color on our last day there. the jacuzzi tub in the room was misleadingly shown in the living room picture but was actually in the bathroom, making the space feel crowded. The stains on the carpet were also noticeable and detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. In terms of service, there were issues with billing where charges appeared on the wrong credit card despite our specific instructions. The handling of reservations and room assignments was also a point of contention, as there seemed to be confusion and inconsistency in communication from the staff.

Best Western Innsuites Tucson Foothills provided a delightful experience. The staff's warmth was memorable, especially during the delicious complimentary breakfast. I loved the heated pool and the kitchenette in my room—perfect for extended stays. A minor drawback was the outdated business computers, but overall, a fantastic value!

Free hot breakfast and lively evening receptions were delightful. The sparkling pool and gym were excellent places to burn off the calories from breakfast! The complimentary Wi-Fi saved me from socializing too much with my travel companions.
Who needs creamer for coffee in a hotel, right? .

This hotel made it super easy for us to explore all the amazing attractions in Tucson since it's really close to shops like Magpies Gourmet Pizza just a few steps away and fun places like St Philip's Plaza which is just under 5 kilometers away, plus the beautiful Tohono Chul park with its stunning gardens is only about 2 kilometers away too; and even though the breakfast could use better ventilation, the overall stay was comfy with clean rooms and a nice pool area that we enjoyed.

Had a suite that was clean and recently updated with a kitchenette, perfect for a short city break. The free breakfast was great, and the option to buy dinner on-site was convenient. The location was ideal, and the dining hall was just a short walk from the room, making it easy to grab a meal.
On the downside, the jacuzzi tub was tricky to get in and out of, and the cleanliness was a bit of a concern. The room layout was a bit awkward, with bugs finding their way in through a gap under the door.

We had a fantastic time exploring the numerous hiking and biking trails near the hotel. The whole family enjoyed being surrounded by beautiful nature and breathtaking views. It was the perfect getaway for adventurous families like ours!
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more children's activities.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel as young guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The outdoor pool area was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there was ample off-site parking available. it was a great value for money.
Construction on the roads nearby made it a bit difficult to enter and exit the property.

I chose Best Western for its convenient location near the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of facilities and services offered, and I especially enjoyed quenching my thirst with a drink at the bar.
Huge beetles in the lobby and room.
